Telemedical support that gives citizens with chronic lung disease COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) the possibility to continuously measure lung function and oxygen saturation, as well as worsening of symptroms, to get quick advice from a nurse via videoconferencing in the day time. The citizens can via an acute medical box in the home be put in acute treatment in an instant, including antibiotics and anti anxiety medication. The aim is to present worsening of symptoms, improve the citizen's quality of life and to prevent acute hospital admissions.
